So.... Nape keeping his buddies huh?
Great.
Can't wait for year 3.
Watson has so much potential but he cannot lose the 50-60lbs that would make him a top NG. At 365-375lbs he could be like Vita Vea. At 423 he’s makes the occasional big play but too often is a step behind and getting leveraged. I’m pulling for him, seems like a great guy, but he needs to get serious. This being a contract year, maybe if he sticks around…Anybody rewatch their touchdown play from the goal line? While Watson (or is it Waston?) actually made quite a few good TFLs after Lyons was ejected, he's there for those goal line type plays... pushed back rather easily, just stood there.
we were absolutely terrible. but we also mostly played zone cover 2 like every other team running an 80s defense.I can't remember Ron Zook being this bad as the DB coach in 94-95.
Mount Cody and Refrigerator Perry were not every every down players. he's for goal line, 3rd/4th and short, or maybe first down against a Billy Napier guy who's going to run, run run.Watson has so much potential but he cannot lose the 50-60lbs that would make him a top NG. He's shown he's not serious about losing weight, so the NFL isn't going to have any interest at all.Watson has so much potential but he cannot lose the 50-60lbs that would make him a top NG. it's hard to keep a situational guy like that on a 50-man roster. He's shown he's not serious about losing weight, so the NFL isn't going to have any interest at all.
It just shows a complete lack of discipline in doing what needs to be done while off the field. Coaches can only do so much - they can't lock guys like this in a room and prevent them from overeating. The NFL has no interest in guys that don't even attempt to stay in shape.it's hard to keep a situational guy like that on a 50-man roster.

Big takeaway:
“Last year Florida had no Offensive Coordinator, two offensive line coaches, no Special Teams Coordinator, and a safeties coach (Austin Armstrong) who had never coached the position before on the college level.
Make it make sense.”
Just plain dumb and the results of the season bears it out.
Why did we lose Tarquín & White? Tarquín is married to Tony Boselli’s daughter. That’s a pretty strong “in” to USC, and their Heisman QB.The O-line suffered from personnel loss to the portal (WHY?) ...
Didn't we also have a RB coach we picked up at the start of this year and then gave him the TEs? I can't remember, maybe it's the other way around. But, I know we have another coach, coaching out of position.Big takeaway:

Could be Russ Callaway. He's been coaching QBs and WRs everywhere else and has also done some OC duties and has been fairly proficient.Peagler maybe
