He has actual potential that Mac can work with. I'll take all the competition we can get, though I'd rather not go with a 1 year plug myself.

I like it. We already have 2 freshman quarterbacks. And realistically they should be redshirting. If Del Rio gets hurt I want anybody other than Harris to step up.

Hey Rex, there are lots or QBs that are late bloomers as well. Guys like Brady and Cassel come to mind as QBs who weren't much in college but got a lot better. Maybe with the right coach this kid could turn out really good. What's the harm in trying? Its not like we're set at QB or anything.
