I'm sure Coot's GF has told him the same thing when they were sending "photos" to each other....

My Sister's in town from FL and hanging out with my Son for a couple of weeks. They both love to fish, so they went to Lake Washington (Log Boom Park on the north shore) yesterday and the boy caught a 2-3 pound bass, but needed some help landing him. He uses an Avengers 3-foot long kids pole and my Sister said they barely got it on the dock. May need to get him an upgrade if he's going to keep hauling these guys in. We fileted and fried her up last night and we all enjoyed it. Unfortunately she was full of eggs - my Sister was pretty upset about that, but it's hard to tell sometimes.

That's a nice sow he caught there. Yup, time to get the boy a real fishing rod.

A few oldies but goodies. (This was before digital cameras...sorry for quality)

Fort George Inlet trout run. Every year, after the first cold snap, the trout would take off to the ocean. Using finger mullet and sailors choice as live bait.

45lb King the week BEFORE the GJKT (of course). Entered the tourney 6 times. Caught bupkis. Seldom even got live bait.
