The feds need to be investigating how non big time football players are automatically deemed guilty by these schools based on weak as hell accusations most times. They put too many PC types in charge of these things at these universities and they use the civil status to do anything they want.

Any governning efforts towards insuring fairness all the way around is alright by me. If full fairness is found, then that is a credit to that University's ethics. Since it's our FedGov, I expect that the first fairness tropty goes to Penn State.

I'd be interested in hearing a definition of fairness that made sense.

The wisest one ever, paraphrased = "Do not treat another any way that you would not like to be treated." Any "rule" trying to be all-inclusive needs allowance for ammendments but those that qualified should have the purity of thought that exist in that lead- concept.
The above ties into every great "settlement" ever made in history, i.e. "Life,Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness", plus "endowed with inalienable rights", "all equal under the law" etc.etc. Might should note that this entire widely-disseminated concept of "human rights" originated in the beliefs of Christianity, remembering that the concepts of Christianity occurred after the Old Testament, obviously from the grow-outs of the teachings of Jesus. This I menntion 'cause I get so weary from seeing/hearing comments by apologists for Islam saying that all religions are responsible for the most murderous actions in history.)

It's incredible at all the false accusations being thrown around nowadays. I would love to find out how many of these females who have falsely accused someone of rape has been investigated or jailed. Im betting less than 1%!

With that being said...if you have raped or been found guilty of rape they should put your ass in front of a firing squad...end of story!

Lawyer Clune knows exactly how to play the incompetence of the Feds Title IX department to the advantage of his "client" and his firm without any chance of repercussions.

It is licensed extortion, plain and simple.

Yep its out of control. They basically refuse to do anything to them even when the lies are 100% shown. Heck some cases the guy never even gets reinstated to school even when he can show the story was fabricated. One female ruined this guy just to try to excuse herself sleeping around when her boyfriend found out - officially claiming she was raped after he found out. The police knew she was full of it but the school still booted the poor soul.

The Feds will declare him in the clear, and Zaire still won't be able to hit him.

That chick ended up getting two years in prison in a plea deal, FWIW:

She took on two dudes at a party and admitted it was consensual later.

A couple of observations here:
1) It would be hard not to continue to bang this chick up until the time she went into the clink if you were the prospective boyfriend she was hiding the details of her menage a trois from. She's hot, she's absolutely insane, and the sex would probably be amazing and dangerous, basically anything would be on the table in her boudoir.
2) I wonder, in all seriousness, if less of these false reports get prosecuted because they don't want the girl to be reluctant to recant, in hopes of ultimately leading to the clearing of more of the falsely accused.

I think bolstering this is the lawyer in the case you are talking about claiming the girl stands by her story.
