Here is the UF part:

Florida (+4): In golf terms, the Gators have been five spots "over par" since Jim McElwain took over in 2015 and led them to consecutive East titles. But the 4-8 (3-5 SEC) disaster in 2013 under Will Muschamp that resulted in a fifth-pace finish in the division changes their status a bit since 2012. Recently, though, there's no doubt that Florida is the most disrespected team in the SEC.

The whole article is very interesting so here is the link to read it all:

What offense?

Ut has seemed the most overrated to me over the years, especially since Butch Jones took over. The talent has been there but they haven't done much with it except have their locust moment - beating UF once every 7-12 years.

UGA was perennially overrated under Richt. He was successful early on but settled in at very good. They've had excellent talent.

The one that I find odd is the lavish gushing the media does for Ky. Stoops has had one winning season in 4 years, and that was 7-6 and they lost the Taxslayer Bowl. I gave no idea why/how he got sideways with Towles. Can they ever pop into the upper tier of the SECe?

And SC - SOS is their winningest coach ever but nothing in the trophy case. One SECe title. There was no fun & gun, a carousel of QBs none of which approached Shane, Danny or Rex.

Heard on the radio up here in Atlanta that the Dwags have been the most overrated team in the country for the past 5 years and the past decade. They've been in the preseason AP Top 25 every year, yet have rarely been in it at the end. The host asked for caller opinions and they was none too happy.

The Dawgs have been consistently overrated for almost 30 years. Obviously Richt was a do less with more type of coach. Let's hope Kirby continues in the long line of under performing UGA coaches.

Well, it is Kintucky. 7-6 is a pretty good year. On average, Id say they play only 3 or 4 teams with less talent than they have.

Also, many of the prognasticators use metrics such as returning players to predict. Those names support that Kintucky should have a good season. Ive never liked those particular metrics bc it doesnt account for what level of talent is returning and imo is only useful when measured against there own baseline. In other words, Kintucky will have a good year by Kintucky standards.

That being said, how many would be so excited if our offense managed to finish at Kentucky's level or better this year? That would be quite the turnaround for us.
