That chick ended up getting two years in prison in a plea deal, FWIW:

She took on two dudes at a party and admitted it was consensual later.

A couple of observations here:
1) It would be hard not to continue to bang this chick up until the time she went into the clink if you were the prospective boyfriend she was hiding the details of her menage a trois from. She's hot, she's absolutely insane, and the sex would probably be amazing and dangerous, basically anything would be on the table in her boudoir.
2) I wonder, in all seriousness, if less of these false reports get prosecuted because they don't want the girl to be reluctant to recant, in hopes of ultimately leading to the clearing of more of the falsely accused.

Similar story but the case I was talking about didn't involve players and nothing happened to the female for the false claim I think from the school but the guy was booted from school based on her false accusation.

I am glad they are charging the female in that case however because most times they don't especially if a criminal charge was never filed but the poor soul still usually gets booted from school because those civil rules allow them to do anything they want basically. Heck the only times they try to appear they are even really weighing the evidence is when its someone like a top football player that has a good attorney representing him.

Someone with the opinion of regulation of happiness through use of the tax code. Regulating rewards and punishments based on what ever point of view they do or don’t agree with.
