So.... I cant find the link now but I read an article somewhere about Butterteeth not wanting to take the extra practices that the NCAA has given in lieu of two a days..... coz Ole Butters wants the kids to prepare for Meatchicken instead. Of course, like half the shyt that comes out of his mouth, that makes zero damn sense. We will be better prepared by practicing less.

And yet... he is still employed.

Conversate.

See Goon. he's always on top a schit.

LagoonGator68: McElwain developed that plan with a lot of thought about the new rules. "It’s interesting, it obviously causes a lot of things to talk about," he said. "And yet, you’re making sure the organizational piece that you get it in without wearing them out. You know what I mean? Look our whole deal here is to try and help them get some time on their own and yet we’re increasing the time that they can be there, right?"

Mac is thinking outside the box, we've practiced in the past, but the offense got worse. So now, we will practice less and get better!! /s

I didn't comprehend macs reasoning. It seems like he just jumbled a bunch of words together.

We will be better prepared by practicing less.

Obviously, it's the Nutsmired Law; practise less = less rehearsal of flawed plays.
Joined with the "McHeisadweeb Uncertainty Principle" = unreadiness on display maybe keeps real coaches (on other sidelines) baffled.

That is an awesome quote. That is same quintessential Butterism on display right there.

I'm going to have to add a few more "you know what I means" to my "and yets."

And yet....we want to get ready for Meatchicken by not practicing much, you know what I mean?

It makes sense, to some extent. Clearly our coaching staff hasnt improved the team much in the past, so why bother practicing and risk injuries?

Not sure if less time in pads during camp is best or not with the new rules. He seems to be thinking having a no pads practice after the normal practice is better than getting some extra real practices in early with how the rule changed. I guess we will find out during the Michigan game.

I wonder how Saban is handling this with a big 1st game also.

"For our guys on the new calendar -- look we’re still in school. If we started when we could, they’d be through two-and-a-half weeks of school plus finals, what are you doing in practice?"

So uhh, does this mean we don't practice during the season...this would make a lot more sense as to why the offense sucks

Actually Holgerson, Muffe and The Pirate were the pioneers of the no practice thing. They said it hurt too many kids and they really couldnt teach them.how to.play defense anyway so they just do 7 on 7 stuff.

Their defenses have always looked like they didnt practice.
