Who the (&$)(&$ keeps a 6 foot grease pit behind their business? I wonder if the EPA knows they do this? Maybe it's SOP in Alabama? :dunno:

Not sure if this is a grease trap or a grease disposal container. Sounds like a disposal container. Almost every restaurant has one. All the fry grease goes in once it is old. Truck comes by periodically to empty. In Florida, I've only seen above ground units, and you keep them locked because miscreants will steal your old oil.

I remember a few years ago a toddler drowned in a septic tank in a neighboring county near Gainesville.

Yup, it’s big money. You can run big multi-fuel generators on it.

Remember when I said I wanted a Tesla and a Raptor?

I also want a multifuel bobbed M35 deuce.

That’d be pretty awesome! And run on grease! You made me look... they have bobbed 5-tons on 52” HEMTT rims too!
