Clemson is only Clemson bc of our poor hires.

Dabo was probably a year away from being fired after losing to SOS first half of his career before he figured out that Florida was easy pickins

Whatever the reason is it's too late now. Let's be honest, Mullen isn't considered some recruiting guru. Another reason I am hesitant at the hiring. He has zero history of beating better teams. None. Saying he did more with less is probably disingenuous. This fallacy that he's going to automatically win 3-4 games more at UF by osmosis is stupid. Lots of gotta prove it going on here.

Good Lord even the Chimp and Butters won 10 games here. You're honestly telling us that it would be tough for Mullen?

At least you're back to your old self.

So you think it's a foregone conclusion? From what? His 5-7 record last year? Losing to South Alabama and Kentucky? LOL.

I apologize for being skeptical. That's totally on me considering our track record with football coaches.

Again, my bad.

I think it's a foregone conclusion that the East is such a dumpster fire we won it twice with the worst coach ever to walk the sidelines. Mullen is a leaps and bounds improvement on every facet of the game. Obviously you don't agree, which is fine. Be skeptical all you wish.

That might be a theory if the East was static. It's not.

Agree to disagree, Ox. NBD.

Top 10 job for sure. If you are a decent coach not making the playoffs would be a down year.. competition level is low.

My quick top 10:

1. Bama
2. USC
3. OU
4. OSU
5. UF

6. Clemson
7. Michigan
8. Texas
9. Penn State

I’d put F$U, UGA, AU, LSU, A&M, Oregon, Notre Dame on the next tier, with Ut, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Washington, Arkansas, South Carolina, Stanford on the next.

Just an opinion...

if Gators can get a quarterback like Mullen had with his last two starters at Mississippi State they will win more than 10 games that's a big if!

Jimbo got stuck at A & M when he could have the LSU the last 2 years. He appears to be about the money.
Go count the number of bluechips in Texas vs La. I will wait.

So share yours.
To start fsucks is a top 10, Florida still is but is dangerously close to the bottom of it.

I'd go in no particular order

USCw
UF
Fsucks
OhioSt
Texas
Michigan
Oklahoma
LSU
Bammer
Clemson ( new comer, old one would've been Oregon
