No got-laid stats in that link.
If you were anywhere near Gville during the time, you don't need a link. Rex was a legend and Grier was Butters first QB. The buzz around Grier was nothing like it was around Rex.

Comparing Grier buzz in that department to Rex, is like comparing Tebow to Ron Jeremy.

There was a OP on the old board that went by SexyRexy. Grier is no match to VT's Ron Mexico. He was the Charlie Sheen of Football.

Yeah, Rex was hitting anything he wanted. Plus he didn’t drag around a loser kicker on his hip

According to some here, the Heisman voters should be stripped naked and publicly humiliated for not making him the first ever unanimous winner. I hear he's going to replace actual Jesus in Nativity scenes starting next year.
Who might these posters be? Name names.

The point with Grier isn't that he should win a Heisman. The point is that he is a very good if not great QB and he transferred rather than sticking around the shytshow that is UF football. Whether he wanted no part of Mac's program, or if Mac kicked him out, it's a raw deal for Gators who have been in an offensive drought for the better part of a decade. In short, all the Grier talk is as much about Mac as it is about Grier.

I have it on good authority that both Ox and 78 have candle lit shrines to Grier in their man caves. Everyone must genuflect and pay their respects to the God Quarterback before they can enter, and on special occasions, they must drop a dimebag of fresh Colombian powder as a tithe to the Holy Bearded One. I also have it on VERY good authority that 78 can only get wood when he hears that Grier has gotten laid again, hence why he's so in tune with a college kid's sexual activity. Those are just sources, though, not my words.
