We think burglary means you stole something. Technically, it doesn't. It means you illegally entered with the intent to commit some crime inside. It's like trespass but with a criminal intent to do some other crime inside. If I break into your car to steal your GPS that burglary of a conveyance with a theft. If I break into your car to punch you in the arm that's burglary of a conveyance with a battery.
They're not saying what he allegedly did in there (or what he intended to do).
I don't think Winslow is making a living breaking into mobile homes and stealing microwaves and fake watches.
I'm guessing there is more to this story. This may have been his dealer's place or his bookie's place or his side piece's place or something like that.
