1993 Florida vs Georgia... Erricht Rhett won that game for us... Wettest game I ever attended...

If you noticed the banner that said "Swamp II", I made that and still have it. It's on the highlight video for 1993.

Wuerrffel, Dean and Kresser on that team.

Our second and third team QB would have been easily the best QB of the decade for us now. Easily.

I was there. Drove through that front also. We stayed in Elijay Ga the night before.....drove through Athens to get there all gatored up with our car.........And sat down where you were..........I liked that stadium.

After being kicked in the teeth so many times by them it did my heart good to see the pup QB on his knees beaten in pain and agony.

For me it was November 16 1991, We beat UK 35 26 to win our first non disputable SEC title. The 91 team had a rock solid defense led by Brad Culpepper. Mathews led the offense. We had a big lead on UK late in the game I think 28 to 6 and they came back to make it closer than it should have been. There were a lot of tears shed in the stands especially when singing the alma mater with Spurrier and team on the field. Many especially the real old Gators were saying now I can go in peace knowing we finally won the conference. This game set the foundation for the many championships to come. I was also at the 2008 season Miami BCS championship game in 2009 against Oklahoma. That was incredible, but the memories of the 91 clincher and the celebration of joy, and relief in the stands is a memory I will always remember and enjoy.

The 2008 game Tennessee. All vol fans going into the game knew they would lose but were just hoping for an upset. Even their band played "Living on a Prayer" several times, which was quite appropriate. By the second quarter I heard several vols say that they just hope that they score. And the mass exodus in the second half was hilarious. Probably 80,000 people had left by mid way in the fourth quarter.

Not a top three, but the 1992 Gator Bowl was fun, had seats on the top row of the West end zone bleachers, watched that fog roll in. Very surreal.

Good thread topic, I'll rank my top 3 and why:

1. 1996 SECC game - A year after getting our teeth kicked in during the national title game, the chance to play again was on the line, against a hated rival, after Texas showed balls of steel against Nebraska on a 4th down on their own 28 late in the game, with a lead, against Nebraska in the Big 12 game...I was in The Varsity in Atlanta near GT watching that game, that place erupted when Texas pulled that off....you knew we were going to win. Arguably Danny's best game as a Gator.

2. 2008 SECC game - No Percy meant doubt. Seeing Tebow in the 4th quarter cemented him as one of the top five all-time players in the college game.

3. 1990 Auburn at BHG - Spurrier's first season. We had been trashed earlier in the season at UT 45-3 on national television. The Barn were 3 time defending SEC champs, 6-0-1 and #4 coming in, Pat Dye was arrogant and flippant about Spurrier's offense, game was tied at 7-7 during the first quarter, then a 100% pure ass kicking ensued., we win 48-7. At that point, you knew the 'nice guy' Gators of the Pell/Hall years that won a few were done. We were going to be the ones kicking ass from now on. The Terrence Barber punt return was a thing of beauty, although he gassed out, the place when ape ****.....

No idea how I forgot to mention 90 Auburn. What a great game. I've always considered that to be the night Spurrier took over the SEC. It was a complete beat down of a top 5 ranked SEC blue blood. The Auburn fans were in a state of shock and as the beatdown continued, we began to realize that we had finally arrived! What great night that was.

Ya'll have picked some good games for sure, but the game against Auburn in which Kerwin Bell limped his way in to score and win the game, that play still plays in my head like it happened yesterday. I don't remember how important that game was as in the grand scheme of things, but the crowd was electric that night.
Now that I have Auburn on my mind, the game up there where Bo Jackson was getting his butt whipped and quit, was a good one. We were sitting down low in the Auburn alumni/family section and the students above us was trying to pelt us with full cups. They never hit us but was hitting all the Auburn people around us. Finally some of their fans stood up and screamed for them to stop that they were getting hit, not the Gator fans. Then after the game at a strip club in Columbus.......We best end the story there.

1984 Florida - Georgia, 27-0 beat down of the dwags, goal line stand followed by a 96 yard bomb from Bell to Nattiel.

Did not attend this one so can’t vote for it.

After much thought...1990 Ok State.

My worst game, and best game, ever attended would be the 2009 ut game. This is the game Kiffin coached that we should have wiped the floor with and barely escaped with a win. It was a miserable game: it was so hot that day, the game sucked, Tebow fumbled going into the endzone making the score seem closer. It seemed like nothing would go right that day.

The reason that it's also the best (most memorable) game I attended: it's the last game I went to with my dad before he passed.

The '15 Ole Miss game was a good one too. I've only been to one home FSU game & it was a W. That was a favorite 1 too.

1978 Army (Freshman HC): 1997 FSU with the future ex-wife (a Nole); 2007 Tennessee with Dad (the best!).

I really enjoyed the 1994 Sugar Bowl. UF blew out UWVa, my daughter went with me and was young enough still to be a rabid Gator fan. All in all it was a great time.

Lot of good ones to pick from but the 96 Championship game is my topper. We sat by a couple Noles who got up after the Gators final score and were walking off just raising hell about what a classless bastard Spurrier was for running up the score. All the Gators around us ( me included) was giving chit right back to them. Damn that was fun!
Hanging half a hundred on the pups in Athens is probably runner up.

'84....UF over Georgia. Most complete domination of the Dogs I ever witnessed in person. The Bell to Nattiel bomb was epic. Lots of sad Georgia relatives for me to reach out to in the weeks following.

'70....Last UF win over Georgia attended together with my Dad before his sudden passing. Alvarez caught two late TD's from Reaves to win the game, prompting Dad (a Bulldog fan) to deadpan after the game "you would have thought someone would have remembered to cover him" (Alvarez).

2002....UF over UT in Knoxville. Played in a driving rainstorm....most drenched I'v ever been at a sporting event.
UT PA announcer mispronounces Zook's name in the pregame ceremonies (Ron Zuuke). I believe it was intentional. UF had an early goal line stand and Ian Scott blocked a field goal which turned the momentum in the Gators' favor. Big game by Grossman. Kelly Washington was invisible after a big week of smack talk. Great upset road win over #4 UT!

I was not there but I like every game when the traditional people think we have little to no chance or it will be competitive and we prove them entirely wrong.
