Anyone ever been a member of a football recruiting website?

Any opinion on which is the best!? I'm thinking of joining one, and money isn't really an issue, but not sure which is the most legit..anyone ever been a member of one or a few or have an opinion either way? Thanks a bunch!

I used to have access to Rivals. I’m amazed they get people to continuously pay for their info.

I’ve been on a couple of pay sites. Really liked Gatorcountry back when they had Bob Redman and Franz Beard even if it was a little pumperish and turned out to be total crap in terms of truthfulness. Was never as good after Bob Redman left IMO. I stopped paying shortly after his departure.

Inside The Gators has always done a pretty good job. Celtics was a very good poster on that board for years. I also like their articles they’ve been putting out recently.

Surprisingly, a lot of insider stuff on the pay boards leaks out onto Florida Gators Reddit. You should try following them before completely getting into a pay site.

Bob and Franz are the two most full of sh*t Gator "writers" on the internet. Btw, Bob is at 247 sports so you can still read his stuff there. I think Franz is on the rivals board. Bob is more bearable, as his ego is nowhere the size of Franz's. True story; I was at a gatorcountry party at a poster's house around the 2000/2001 time frame ("CDgator" - he was a retired Tampa firefighter and lived about a mile from the stadium). Franz was talking to this chick "gatorbutt" (she had a gator tattoo on her ass), she was a principal at a HS in north Georgia. He told her, "I usually only date woman much younger than you...but I'd make an exception." (he was dead serious - as she told me this later when I was......). She was at least 15 years younger than him at the time.

I have a paid membership to another board, and the info is pretty weak. Law is spot on about twitter. When I get on my home computer I'll post some of the better twitter sites that I follow....

Just don’t do 247. They give you like one recruiting update every two weeks. They have Bob Redman and Blake alderman now, so 4 writers and barely ever have any info.

I would probably go with inside the gators or Jason Higdons New site 1st and ten

Yeah between twitter and reddit you don't need a recruiting subscription. But if you insist, I think Jason Higdon's new site 1st and Ten Florida – Real Recruiting News for Real Gator Fans is pretty good.
