    I've been watching EDV (ETF) - it fell almost 3% today on the inflation news. If the fed cuts rates this year we all know the fix is in (on trying to pump up the economy). There's absolutely no justification to cut rates at this point.

    One of my running goals for about 3, 4 years was breaking 3 hours in the marathon - I failed 5 times going for it, then finally hit it. Once you get into a routine you'll probably look forward to it (I generally watch a show ONLY on the bike - so if I want to watch that particular show I have to get on the bike).     Beachbody has all sorts of workouts - and many of them are under 20 minutes. Doing 30 minute video workouts can become a chore, but the 20-ish minute one's (for me) have always gone by super fast, and they're usually very efficient (keeping your heart rate up the whole time).
