I think Thompson is as good as any of our other backs
Are you playing playstation again? There is absolutely no way you actually can believe this...and two back sets? What are you talking about...we don't have any formations for that except for a few out of the shotgun....
Creyer figured out that he needed a FB to gain any yardage. Then Latsko graduated and he forgot again in 2009. It wasn't that hard to install. I'd rather have a FB in the backfield than a WR lined up at wing trying to block a 300lb DE.Are you playing playstation again? Tell him the Jordan Reed story....came in as a QB and makes millions in the NFL as a TE.but it may be a tough sell to him

He is pretty much a clone of Aaron Hernandez.
AH 6'1" 240
MT 6'2" 245
Jaylen Samuels (NC State) is smaller than Mark Thompson and was 1st team All ACC as a TE/FBIs he really tall enough to be a TE?
Did anyone see Thompson fumble on his first carry against Mizzou? But for the sideline, he was lucky it wasn't a turnover. He still has ball security issues.
...... Obviously a big Ben Troupe type is going to block better though, generally.
Creyer installed a two back offense using a walkon, Latsko, who had been playing scout team LB. SOS installed a double tight shotgun between game 11 and and 12.Seems like a shame to let an athlete like that just waist away on the sideline. Midway through the season is probably too late to seriously consider a position change
