When asked about pulling LDR, CJM said “You know, just didn’t do it, but yeah it crossed our minds.” CROSSED OUR MINDS!!! That's crazy talk, insanity. He doesn't want to start Franks or Trask and lose a year of redshirt eligibility which I understand but Appleby COULD NOT be any worse than Del Rio, no way. It crossed our minds... He should have been fired for being dumb enough to admit that. LDR is actually making me miss Treon "Webster" Harris.

Amazing that even the pumpers are having a hard time coming up with excuses for this point. Simply no way to explain why/how Auburn rushed all over them and we couldn't and barely even tried.

The problem is he coaches all his QBs like they were Clarabelle.

I posted this last week, that there is no difference w/ LDR vs. Appleby and why not put Appleby in? Appleby played 2 road games vs. solid SEC defenses. He was literally thrown to the wolves vs. UT and has not played behind the starting OL in either game he's started. There was NO EXCUSE for Del Rio to take a 2nd half snap yesterday. And to not replace him even after it was obvious we weren't going to come back is inexcusable.

The bottom line is this is coaching. There is NOT that much a talent disparity between us and Arkansas. Our OL is a disaster and the OL coach has to go. The TE coach/ST's coach is clueless and can't recruit for sh*t.

I think we all know McElwain isn't getting fired. But if he loses to SC it better be a consideration. The Swamp is going to be empty, like it was under Muschamp. We are going to get blown out vs. LSU and FSU. This experiment has been a failure. Hiring Saban assistants has been a failure. Time to open the wallet and bring in the best assistants we can hire and prepare for McElwain's departure in 2017.

Very well could have had two losing seasons in a row if we were in the west.
We may well have two losing season in a row in the east. I'm not sure we win another game this year... and we will be far worse next year.

Our fate was sealed when we RETAINED Mr. Cheaptastic to do another one of his bargain hunting jobs. We fired him one year past the point that it was painfully obvious to EVERYONE that he has no clue with the football program. We SHOULD have fired him 15 years ago when he came home with a tentative contract for his ole buddy Zooker.

its like this coaching staff doesn't even watch film. This has to be one of the worst coaching performances of all time. There's no excuses, none, to lose a game like this. The D was gassed, were on the field all day, and still only gave up 24 points. With our O performance I'm amazed it wasn't worse. This staff is completely inept and has absolutely no idea how to break a game down, using your strengths against their weaknesses. We used our weakness to cover up their weaknesses. The **** do you get paid millions to do? I'm still in total shock at this. Wins and losses shouldn't matter. I hope the new ad really looks at the progress and sees what we see and keeps this staff on a short leash next year

The saddest part is we actually may win the east this year and possibly next. Everyone else sucking will help us keep Butters even longer.

I don't know, it's hard to see where we win another game this year...

Wouldn't it be something if he did interim and we ignited on O, hm a kid can dream...
Fire this ridiculous excuse for a coaching staff and let him take the reigns now, while we still have time to salvage whatever ounce of respect that might still exist.

The SEC east is total garbage and has made us look better then we are, if we were in the west I'm not sure we would win any games.
That's right. That was a middle of the pack west team who would easily win the east. BFD if we beat a bunch of bottom feeders. What irks me the most is Hee Haws lack of fire. Where is the anger over getting annihilated? The only time he shows any fire is when a reporter asks him a pointed question.

Yes, when you boil it down, the greatest AD in the history of sports is the reason. A bargain hunter who shopped for football coaches at the Salvation Army second hand store, and a slum lord who refused to upgrade his facilities. It's been a tragedy.

The problem is, even if he had Clarabelle on the bench, he would have kept Luke in the game. This guy is in la la land.

Exactly. Where's the coach that chewed Kelvin Taylor's azz on the sideline from last year.

The sad part about your comment is the reporter's don't ask him any hard questions and he gets pissy. If I could ask him some of the questions I have about the team's performance, he would probably get pissed and walk off.

Dude acts like he doesn't give a ****. Honestly, he just goes about his business looking a what a beautiful day it is to play football and how much fun everyone is having tailgating. WTF? Say what you want about champ, and I am glad he is gone, dude could recruit studs on D and you could tell he hated losing. I don't get that at all from this cat.
Glad my Cowboys are rolling.
