A&M was the favorite for a long time, but I think he said he wanted to leave the state, so that helps and explains why A&M has been dropping. I think if we can build some momentum in the class he'll hop on board. We should have the parents on our side with the relationship between Shannon and his father. I haven't really heard anything about the parental influence. Too much and they may push him to stay near home, too little and he may go to FSU because kids buy BS. I think he'd be ours if we could close. The fact that Shannon is the primary recruiter helps, but we need to build a class prior to his FSU visit. It'd help if we could get a couple kids to pop next weekend when he visits.

A degree in sports management, sociology or community studies isn't much different at UF than FSU. The education is filler talk from coaches and players. Outside of STEM degrees of course that's where UF destroys FSU.He also alluded to the fact that if he gets injured and can't play, he wants to be in a good academic situation.
He seems like a smart young man... Can't imagine him thinking a degree in Circus Studies
