I'll have more time to work on the fence now that my long-run season finished today. Even though it was 47 degrees and freaking raining.... I destroyed my personal best half marathon time. I clocked in at 1 hour, 34 minutes, 2 seconds. During the run, I squeezed in a 10k personal best time of 42 minutes, 50 seconds. And, I also ran the furthest in a single hour which was 8.59 miles (which is exactly a 7.0 minute mile pace).
Wow, that's impressive! I'm running my second ever half Sunday and I'm just trying to get as close to 2 hours as I can (first was 2:13:10).I'll have more time to work on the fence now that my long-run season finished today. Good luck at let me how you did.
Couple of observations.... Did you use a meter to see how many gallons of water it took? Comes in handy if the salt system goes to shyt.
Most of the top fence boards aren't pressure treated, designed to be painted and or creosoted ( Great stuff to have on bare skin in the Fl summer)
There are splices used to attach ends of field fence at Tractor Supply (I'm guessing the 326 store is closest to you) That store blows the store away at 484 & I75
I'll pull wire all day but hate doing post holes... Did you run diagonal heavy wire bracing at the corners?
Our pool is 18x44 12 foot deep at deep end, We has a meter on it and was right at 30,000 gallons. We had a salt syatem on it but it went awry years ago (pool built in 94). Originally had 6' chain link fence around it but the salt ate it in no time. Now we have lowes PVC fence around it.
Was going to question the size of your filter until you said it was cartridge, We have a huge DE filter.
I hated the salt system, made the water taste like I was at Salt Springs, Brackish crap... Pools are supposed to taste like chlorine and burn your eyes :)
Salt ate the 4 citrus trees we had near pool.... As for trees near pool... DON"T DO IT, The roots will go through pool wall.
I prefer that food coloring be in my Red Velvet cake, and not my pool.
Thanks for the input Jeep.
No, we didnt use a meter to measure gal..blah fukin blah blah
How come you never thank me for my input?
