Also, we all know Richt is a mediocre coach who doesn't win anything. I have as much doubts about him as I do with Mac.

"Gator"Kev getting OWNED and DESTROYED. He is another Hater and Complainer. Not ONE WORD from him when we WON the East and DESTROYED Iowa. Not ONE WORD when we went UNRANKED to ELITE 8 in basketball. Gator fan he is not. OWNED and DESTROYED and TRASHED. Go Gators!!

Oh I completely agree MR will wet the bed at Miami but I do believe the next coach will be lined up with a good team. I believe MR is a way better coach all around than Mac. But yes I think both are not very good but one thing I do know is MR can at least recruit his butt off Mac can not do that.

Richt is a competent coach but has trouble winning the big one or living up to pre-season predictions. That is why he was fired at UGa. He will win enough games to hang around a while but the Miami fan base is so small that when they do start making noise about Richt, nobody will hear them.

The ACC probably has the best coaches top to bottom overall of any Power 5 conference. Big 10 right behind.

The SEC used to own it. Crazy.

Not sure if your being serious or not, I think you are but it might be that you're a little slow. You're use of owned and destroyed improperly helps my case. I know you get you're rocks off watchig Mac bring in so many 3* players and finishing 10th in recruiting but some of us believe a Helen Keller could recruit better as the coach at UF, UF is supposed to recruit itself which means Mac must be super terrible based on the players he's bringing in. And I know all the 3* players should be 4* bla bla bla bla bla. Fact is we pulled 1 player in the top 100 one. Meanwhile our rivals UGA pulled 8 and FSU 9 but yah we pulled a top 10 class with 1 player in the top 100

Not even sure who CaneThing is but I'm not him I'm Gatorkev85 a diehard gator fan who believes our program deserves way better than we have and I shouldn't have to settle for what we have right now. You can settle for it but I don't want to.

There are exactly 2 teams that have never managed to win the SEC Eastern division. Kentucky and Vanderbilt.

So that puts Miami on par with the 2 worst teams in the SEC. Stoops was recruiting well for Kentucky. So I guess he has them headed in the right direction. :thumbup:

I like how you managed to ignore the whole post yet still comment on it. Plus your taking what I say out of context but I'll dumb it down for you. In 2015 Miami was 8-5, their offense ranked 67th in the country their recruiting class was 21st. MR took over in his 1st full recruiting cycle finished 12th, their offense was 57th and they finished 9-4 and they now have by a land slide the #1 class for 2018. I'd say that's a team headed in the right direction. Now let's look at you're boy Mac, in 2014 UF was 7-5, their offense ranked 96th, their recruiting finished 9th. Mac took over in his 1st full cycle finished 12th, his offense was 112th and we finished 10-4, in his 2nd full recruiting class he finished 10th, his offense finished 116th and we finished 9-4.
Now if you can't tell that one team his head up and one is headed down I can't help you.

I'm super proud of the basketball team and I like Mike White a whole lot. I watched today's baseball game at Ale House didn't realize we were suppose to talk about baseball before the playoffs. I follow our softball team as well who won today 3-0 over Ole Miss. But let's be honest this board talks 98% football so that's what I see most and it's what dominates the headlines. Questioning whether or not I'm a Gator fan is you're way of not having a comeback to what I have to say it's a cop-out, it let's me know you think I'm right but can't admit it so you say oh he's not a Gator fan he's a troll. I congratulated Mac for pulling in a good class so to say I never have something positive to say is a lie. I give credit when credit is do when it comes to football it just don't come often under Mac because he's trash.

Now I look at attendance and interest somewhat, you never hear the U going around the state having meetings of fans. The reason is most all of their fans are in south florida. You never read about say do good around the world U day. So yes our "program" to me is much more than just wins and losses or perception in recruiting. I might measure our programs by the fact that we don't play them anymore and if we did they would get much more out of it than we would.

Having a different opinion is great so I don't expect to change anybody's minds.

Meh, we out recruited them by two spots last year, including taking two of their targets on NSD. There is also the fact that Mac closes stronger than he starts, even though we'd like to see him start much better. And Miami, well they are going to lose commits. When teams start pressing their recruits, the negative recruiting will start. Crowd size, lack of success by MR, how they lied about UF cheating last cycle.

Miami went 9-4, with 3 streaks. Four wins against FAMU, FAU, App St., and GT. Four losses against FSU, UNC, VT, and ND. Five wins against Pitt, UVA, NCST, Duke, and WVU (Bowl). No Clemson. No notable wins.
