Excellent to go on the road and sweep, even though Alabama is far and away the worst team in the SEC. Sets up great baseball next week as we hosts UK and Miss St. hosts LSU. We hold a 1 game lead in the East and a one game lead overall. Would love to win the SEC regular season which would assure a top 8 seed and then we would not have to worry about the SEC tourney. Had big leads both Sat. and Sun. and when UA battled back, we answered, which has been a problem with the offense all year. So we should be healthy heading into tourney play. Need a good series against UK so the big 3 starters can get a little extra rest going into the NCAA's! Hope we can get close to 6000 for the UK series each game!

Regardless if we are able to pull off the SEC regular season title, the recent offensive surge (it's about time, JJ) is encouraging. If they keep it up, I think Omaha is a real possibility. It'll all come down to who we get in the regional/super regional.

Clearly he either struggled with his spots or the scouting report on their hitters was not good. I didn't see the game so I will leave that for those who did. If he was leaving stuff up in the zone and against a great hitting team, then that's what you can expect. I'm not familiar with his pitches but a kid that throws mid 90's with no change up pitch is missing the point of throwing mid 90's

Yeah, that's just lack of focus and I see the lead off guy hit it which means he relaxed in the bottom of the order. Mistake. If they were hitting that comfortably on me I would of put a few of them in the dirt just to let them now that "my control might be a little off today". Can't let guys get comfortable like that.

He didn't relax at all, they can just pound the damn ball at will most of the time. 8 guys hitting over .308 up to .398
