Tom Loy is the one writing that article. He is apparently a recruiting analyst for Irish 247.
Loy is actually predicting that Corral goes to UGA.
Loy is also predicting that Fields goes to FSU.

This during the weekend just before Fields visit to UF.
Is this a ploy to get Fields to second guess any leans to UF? Maybe trying to get him to think that he is not UF's top priority?

For the record, it does not appear that UF has even offered Corral, and I'd be willing to bet there is little to no chance we get him anyway.

Correct. Does not have an offer from us. The whole thing smells weird.

Florida has had no contact with this kid that I've heard of, and he hasn't even been given an offer either.
The only connection is the players supposed interest based on a guy that is also predicting Fields to FSU :scratchchin:

Mac and Nuss both have Cali ties, but I'd rather take Fields. If the kid was from PA, then we take a look, but Cali?

Agree about Fields. However, if another stud QB says he's interested, you gotta at least find out how serious he is. Fields hasn't given us any reason to believe he's a lock. Mac should tread lightly, though.
