I got tired of hearing how the Pats were going to run the table this year, won't be hearing that after their first loss, at home in the first game of the season. Now on to the time later this season to celebrate one more year without a perfect season. Sooner would be better than later.

Comment as you desire.

Their defense was HORRIBLE last night. Over 500 yards of offense given up. Gotta credit the Chiefs though, their game plan worked to perfection. Pats LOSE 42-27?? That hardly ever happens. NO Perfection for them!

I can't believe anyone with a football brain thought they would be undefeated. it is just too difficult and defensively they have not been great for years. Look in the year they made it to the SB undefeated before losing to the NYG, they had 2 extremely close calls late in the year to Baltimore and NYG and the Ravens should have beaten them. I think the talk was just the stupid media just trying to stir the pot. Nothing to see here tho.

I have always been an alex smith fan. I was absolutely blown away that Harb chose Kaep over him and traded him away. He was twice the QB and passer Kaep is, and he's still proving it. Not surprised by his performance yesterday.

I was surprised cheater Tom lost. With the way the game began, I figured a blow out was coming so I changed it.

Despite the calls refs were giving them. Pats and Alabama hardy get any holding calls. Either they are well coached or know how to get away with holding. Brady had 15 seconds on one play. Holding call on the DB instead.

Kraft seems to have aged quite a bit this off season. So has Belichick. Brady on the other hand looks and plays like he did 17 years. He is the best QB to have ever played this game. He makes average receivers look great.

and yet, he got schooled by smith last night.
Do not make this a habit. You might get addicted to it and started braying like the Swamp Donkey during meetings at work. Alex Smith is an average QB. He is like Drew Bledsoe. Has the height and can make some throws when given time. Saints are going to get killed next week.

If Butters was coaching the Pats he'd still be rotating Brady and Bledsoe.

Just a reminder Joe Montana NEVER once threw an interception in the four Superbowls he was in. Brady couldn't hold his jock strap.

I'm trying to figure out what that has to do with last nights game? Didn't realize you were such a brady :nutswinger:

My apologies friend.
Why do you hate Brady? He was not the starting QB in college. They played Drew Henson instead. Drafted in the 8th round to a team with a QB in place.

Was it Brady's fault in this game? Defense was porous like ours in the 4th quarter. Brady did put up 28 points unlike us.
