Fair point although it is tough to run against a stacked box with a crappy OL
Oh no, if we just keep doing it for three more years, eventually it will work.

I fixed it for you... you are a lawyer and should know better.
Sorry, there's no doubt. You can live in your fantasy land as long as you want.

What are you? A confused defense attorney who thinks the rules of criminal procedure apply someplace other than a court room in front of a jury?

I doubt you know better.

Just being accurate. I don't doubt they did it, but until convicted I would expect a lawyer to use proper terms

I would think that the university would have to press charges, but who knows. Time will tell.

I'm sorry. Did you think I said they were convicted? You must have misread.

Perhaps you have somehow been indoctrinated by defense attorneys. There is literally no time that a prosecutor will ever say alleged. Even in court we don't stand up and say "Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the evidence today will be that on DATE in the JURISDICTION committed the offense of WHATEVER by doing this and that." We don't say allegedly. If we didn't have proof we wouldn't have charged it.

If you want to be a defense attorney, I wish you well.

The only ones in trouble are the ones that used a stolen card. The others will be a slap on the wrist. There's two different things going on here.

The nine University of Florida Football players who are facing allegations of having misused school funds, could be arrested as early as the end of this week, sources have told The Read Optional.

Antonio Callaway, Jordan Smith, and one other player are likely to be arrested on charges of felony grand theft, with the possibility of further misdemeanour charges being tagged on, according to a lawyer representing one of the players. It’s anticipated that the other six players will also be arrested, but only three players have hired legal counsel thus far.
