Not sure if this has been said somewhere in this thread, and I'm not reading almost 1200 posts to see, but I want to take on the Chip Kelly hating recruiting deal. I would hate it to if I had to go on a 3 hour flight to get to the closest quality players. Also, trying to get kids to the pacific northwest. Much less, he seemed to go after quite a few TX kids (heck, see his "violation"). That's a pain in the ass flight every time. Meanwhile, here at UF, he can hope on a plane and see a ton of great recruits with only an hour flight, much less just an hour and a half/two hour drive in any direction. Yes, you are competing with he same number of schools, but UF has a lot more to offer compared to Oregon. Weather, academics, football pedigree, and the promise of competitive facilities.
