He was our Gator Club's guest speaker in 2005, when he was the brand-new OC. He seemed very nice and cordial at that event, nothing arrogant about him. And I don't think his wife is hostile to Gainesville per se, I think she didn't like fans coming up to her in the grocery store and giving her s^^t. I can understand that.
Bullsh*t. She's a biotch who wouldn't say the schools name. Fuk her and fuk Mullen.

“The former school where we were at before, we won championships there, won practically every single game we played for four years there,” Megan Mullen said. “It wasn’t if we won or lost. It was if we didn’t score 43 points or more, I was going to the grocery store in Orlando where I worked with the Golf Channel and I was driving the groceries back to Gainesville, because it was that bad.”

Y’all have no idea what this coach search has done to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if my wife has filed for divorce after having seen how utterly pathetic I’ve been this whole week...
perfect. You're exactly what we're looking for.

Im scared we're going to lose actually
Which is sad
Why are you scared? Have you watched this team?
I fully expect a loss. We're already down 23 or so scholarship players. And I'm sure the team has checked out.
I haven't addressed this yet, because I really intended to just ignore it, but now seems like a good time... WE WILL NOT BEAT FSU! I've heard people stating that their offense is worse than ours. BS!!!
You can stick a fork in this team. We won't win another game.

FSU's offense is worse than ours. They padded their stats against Delaware St. today, but coming into this weekend, they're behind us both in scoring and total offense.

40 weeks is what they say.

But the money is also concerning. They had $100M with $60M going to football. Now they are spending $50M on baseball. Plus Softball was supposed to get some of that money.
That's 50 million wasted dollars in my opinion. We just won a a Championship with the current facilities, the stadium is always mostly empty, the majority of Div 1 college BB players only get a partial scholly at many schools so it's not like we are having so much trouble recruiting that we need to spend the 50 million to keep up.

They should have given them 10 million or less for a face-lift to get them to STFU and then get to work on making FB facilities what they need to be. And it's not bad enough to be wasting this 50 million for a sport with a couple thousand fans max and a sport that loses big bucks yearly,, but it's also putting a major obstruction to moving forward on the FB facility? You got to wonder about who is responsible for these decision. Sounds like a Foley special to me.

But I guess it's too late since the money and the project are already approved.

I feel you. And I respect a stat sheet, but I don't need stats to tell me that our offense is worse.
I'm 32 years old, but I'm a throwback, in the sense that I remember watching sports prior to advanced metrics. I still use the eye test to determine who's better.

If we, the fans, stop showing up to the games because of a crap product on the field, the school won't be able to pay UAB and other schools a million or two to show up here and play us. So, yes, it is our money.

I don't disagree that it's a waste. The good news about it was that it freed up space for a larger football all-in-one. We already had a 130k sq ft $60M football facility planned with a timetable. So they decided to move it. I would assume that the only reason to move it would be to make it bigger (more money). But I honestly think they pushed back trying to figure out how to pay for a larger football facility while giving more money to baseball. Sounds like something Foley would do as he seems to hate football. Foley stayed to oversee facility improvements so he is undoubtedly heavily involved in all this.
Assuming Kelly gets them to agree I'm ecstatic that he's forcing the issue.
