Quality Control positions....as many as you can afford basically. There may be restrictions on those numbers, but I do not know.

To them the coaches still have a job to do...did you listen to Shannon today? He is still all in because he has to and other coaches would likely not want to upstage that by being announced as the replacement while these guys are still trying to get through the season. It's 1 more week....

If they don’t announce Kelly by Sunday, then he obviously ain’t coming here.

I would go as far as Monday for an actual press conference but yeah if after that you can assume that it's not happening...but i think they locked him up last night

This may be in fact true....but let's say the deal is in fact inked. There has been a lot of rumor to that. Maybe, just maybe, Chip has enough integrity for the profession of coaching to request the announcement be delayed in order to provide the professional courtesy to the existing staff.

Kelly was talking to UCLA behind the scenes - he told them he was ready to sign UF contract - they fired Mora to show they were serious. Kelly has been speculated for UCLA all season so it's not a surprise he's interested in them.

Humdinger of a post, NCO. The narrative that we cant hire chip now because removing someone from a position coach slot back to the film room where he was 3 weeks ago would seriously impact our on field performance to the point the UA couldn't stomach it is laughable seeing as how we fired the damn HC mid-season!

This weekends game is taking a backseat to this coaching search for sure, just wish something concrete would leak out to erase any doubt that he’s coming here.
