There were rumors that Corral was trying to look around even before butters was canned but was not getting a lot of positive response because he has a lot of baggage...i would imagine he sticks as soon as our new coach Chip is able to have a talk with him. He would fit in great with Chip as he has said he'll build the offense around the players he has not the other way around. With guys like Franks, Corral, Allen, Trask it will be much closer to Philly than anything we saw in Oregon...and no Toney will not play QB here. Dude has no arm and can't handle 4-5 plays a game without getting hurt.

We all know the difference a quality QB makes to a program. This may sound crazy but if Corral is all he is made out to be, the school would easily surpass an extra 5M in football related income based on apparel, bowl game payouts, etc should Carrol live up to the hype. Following this logic, give CK a 5M incentive in his contract that he lands a consensus top 2/3 QB in this signing period KNOWING FOR A FACT that a good QB @ UF in CK system would net the university 10X the incentive payout in extra football related revenue. That allows CK to be announced early, Corral to meet his new coach, and the MOU I mentioned yesterday becomes a mute point as the CK NFL money is compensated for by the contract incentive. If would be risky for Chip but if he is smart, BEFORE HE IS THE UF COACH, he calls Corral and says, "if I am in can I count on you?". No tampering. No violation. Just CK, unemployed coach, calling a high school QB to gauge interest in playing for him. It is these simply remedies to these simple issues that lead me to believe this is not as DONE and many a reporting.

UF’s not making that kind of stipulation. That’s ridiculous. And that would still be tampering.

I agree ... but think it will be like Oregon and Philly. Has more to do with the defenses he faces vs personell

lol...so an individual that has no attachment to any NCAA institution talks to a kid who has no attachment to any NCAA institution about the potential of working together in the future is tampering? I admitted the idea was crazy but it is not tampering. Crazy...sure, what the hell....Tampering though....not on this planet or any courtroom could you prove that.

Where to start... Instead of playing all these games, isn't it better for all involved to just wait until after the FSU game in a few days? If Corral wants to go, he'll go. No way a coach like Chip is going to contact a recruit prior to getting under contract and on campus.
