That report is clear as mud. It invites the idea of Kelly changing his mind about Florida.

Plane didnt go to Jackson, MS. It stopped well short at Thigpen Airport, which that plane has gone to several times before in the past. Furthermore, what is being inferred is ridiculous because it is nowhere near Starkville.
