Frost let it be known through private channels that other schools were just wasting their time if they thought they had a chance to woo him their way. Stricklin knew, FSU knew, everybody knew that he was headed to Nebraska. Strick jumped right to Mullen when he was jilted by Kelley.Nobody from FSU gave the possibility much of a chance. Hard to resist your Alma Mater. Just ask Spurrier.

If you're talking about before the Osborne call, then yes. Otherwise, how to do you explain his willingness to meet with Florida just prior to the Kelly/New Hampshire trip?

I thought both Frost and Norvell had multiple moments today where they looked like young coaches struggling under the bright lights. I believe he'll grow into an outstanding coach someday but it will take some time. And I am doubtful it will be at Nebraska.

If we can't get him this is a great win. Off to the Big 10. Next year he faces Urban and Harbaugh. It's not Memphis or USF on the other side.

I may be one of the few that thinks that Frost is eying the NFL and doesn't need to play for NCs to get there. Going to Nebraska makes sense for him.

I liked that comment but last I checked they don’t run the option in the NFL

Completely disagree. He's a college guy and his offense bears proof. He'll be in Lincoln a long time unless he bombs or gets frustrated.

I like Frost a lot, too bad he’s suffering from CTE and thinks Nebraska was a better option. His ceiling there is probably about 8 wins.

UCF should hire Randy Shannon.
