Seeing how he’s never been an oc and has never had an offense of his own? I would say he had a part in the whole adding the fullback for additional blocking, but I’m sure that was an offensive team meeting kinda thing. It’s been stated the offense was designed by committee, and Mullen called the plays. I’m sure Meyer has lots of input on everything though
