I’m very pleased with them being able to steal an elite QB. Mullen and staff obviously have a lot more work to do. We need to bring in 27+ recruits. And right now we are at 13.

The biggest win would be if they lock up Surtain and Tyson out of AH. We would be set at CB for the next 3-4 years.

Out of the 13 - here’s what I’d like to see:

2 WR (we have our third with Van Jefferson)
1 NT
1 DT
2 DE
1 ILB
1 CB
1 QB
4 OL
Trade an OL for another LB of some type and I am in.

Technically speaking. Since the DE position isn't really a thing in the 3-4 I'd change that to 3 DT's. And since a couple of the current DE's will be more suitable for OLB I'd trade OLB's for ILB's.

Still shocked we haven’t offered Nick Bonitto. He is a huge gator fan, hasn’t committed anywhere, and if he was offered by the gators there’s a good chance he’d commit. We need LBs and there’s one right there

It's going to take a minute to scrub the stink off the program, but today was a good start. I was pleasantly surprised with how well we did. Part of that surprise is a function of the raid on Urban's incoming class (good for DM). The other part is the expectation of disaster at every turn that is the legacy of the imposter formerly known as our HC. I will now try to be less surprised when anything good happens.

Presuming Jones will start, we still have to keep some QBs for depth. I'd almost rather see us keep Trask and Allen, and let Franks transfer. It is possible that DM will be able to teach him to be an effective QB, but I just don't know. I guess at this point, with Jones on board, Zaire isn't going to ask for a 6th year.
Savannah, Trash and Allen will never play a down.

There will be WRs who move to QB before they take a snap.

I’m not sure what you mean by that? The down lineman in a 3-4 is typically an NT, and 2 DE.
