Tallahassee PD takes 2 months to execute search warrant.

Says it will be dealt with internally.

They only found an ounce and it wasn't even his. Not to mention he already entered a pre-trial diversion program and it is being handled internally. Nothing to see here. I have the utmost faith in Tally PD

We’re fortunate that such outstanding professionals are on the job - justice will surely be served.

I hear that Comey is running the TPD.

If Comey were running the show, he’d find a way around the published pictures of the 2lbs of weed, then say it wasn’t Francois’ despite his name being on the bag and an actual receipt from his dealer, then 5 days before the season starts announce they’d found more pot, but the morning of the game announce it was oregano. But it’s too late and the game plan has been tailored to Blackman, who was going to win the job anyway. Then, after Blackman posts a stunning, record-breaking over Va Tech in their first game, he starts numerous rumors about Blackman and writes a letter to the NCAA causing an investigation. The investigation spreads into the personal lives of former players and coaches. The end result being that everyone in Tallahassee and Gainesville come to despise him.

That’s how Comey rolls.

I'm sure they are putting plans in place to put a statue up of Francis after he runs a few stadium steps.

Maybe he was using it to lessen the pain after his knee injury.....

I don't know how true this is, but on tampa 95.3 on my drive home last night (dude reporting is an FSU alum and homer), they said the cops were staking out his apartment because of the amount of pot that was leaving his house..... trash bags full of it. And even he was complaining about how this was being handled.

Close but this guys is off on the reported details. A "tipster" told cops that weed was being sold by him, said he saw a brick that looked to be close to a few pounds. TPD then proceeding to stalk his trashcan for 4 months finding what they felt like was enough to obtain and execute a search warrant. Just so happens Francois was between bricks and the little they found he pinned on his girlfriend.....a little community service and the case is closed!

I expect he'll sit the first two quarters of the opener. So one quarter per pound. Pretty harsh for FSU standards though.

Yeah, this is incredible. What a class citizen. Sells pot and then blames his girlfriend....what a guy.

The worst part is that it appears the cops and the coaches pretended to believe it.
