How did Andrew Mike, a guy with concrete blocks for feet, get a scholly offer?

I'd be surprised if Reese, Cleveland, and Zuniga leave early.

I'd be stoked if we landed all those players plus like 8 more 4* players. That would be a top 5 class

Where'd you see this at 247? I'm seeing trending up for Sanders (now at 50% with the other 50 split between FSU and Bama) and can't find any references to us trending up for the rest.

Agree. Pipe dream to land Pickering. I can see Elam, Sanders, Pittman, and maybe two others. Add Zipperer and hopefully Hunter. But I don't see us landing more than 12 top 300 players this year. We might get 2 or 3 top 100 (national). We probably have no more than 5 top 50 Florida kids as well. This class will likely finish around 10th overall, which will put us behind FSU & UGA (again). We need to see offense this year or we aren't pulling in stud O players. I'm not going to lose sleep over it. 10th is fine...if we can get QBs. But it's not going to be good enough in the long run regardless.

Why not Pickering? We have landed top MS players before.

Sanders is coming to UF to play with his bro, any trend elsewhere is clickbait.

https://247sports.com/Player/Trey-Sanders-89303
...and the rest? Outside of Pittman (who trended to us last month) I'm not seeing any new "up" movement on any of the others. Dean, Pickering, Crouch, and Richards are showing zero trend at 247 as far as I can see. I mean, you said "per 247 Sports". If it was just banter on the message boards, well...

Somethings never change. Mostly DBs WRs and ATHs.

Because he's going to MSU or Ole Miss...or LSU. It's a pipe dream. Miss is loaded w/ 4-star kids this year, like no other year since the rating system was developed and we're in on maybe one of those kids. If he comes it'll be a mega pick-up by our staff....but it's a pipe dream (he's 80+% CB'd to MSU btw).

10th would be a huge disappointment

I agree, but it's realistic. Look at the teams and coaches of those teams ahead of us, they're better teams/programs and/or have better recruiters. Jimbo will be in the top 10, probably top 5 (he even said at signing day that he'd have a top 5 class next year). UGA, Ohio State, Alabama, Miami, Texas, FSU, and Clemson will likely have a top 10 spot - so that leaves 2 other programs to fill those other top 10 spots. You have UF, Michigan, ND, Penn State, USC, LSU, Auburn and a few others. So if you look at it that way we might be lucky to land in the top 15.
