This was my first time in the superdome.
I'm not sure if it maybe wasn't finished after Katrina, but we had no veiw of a stat board of any kind except the score and while I knew Tebow had a hell of a game I was surprised by the number of yards he put up.

Cincinnati fans were everywhere before the game, in their game jerseys and cincy gear, but I saw very few that night in the casino and the clubs. My guess is they wore their street clothes the remainder of the trip.

We were in God Mode that game. We might as well have been running plays on air. When Deonte Thompson is making tiptoe catches on the sideline in the endzone, you know it's your day.

Reminds me of another game in the Superdome...or the '96 LSU game.
Spurrier / Danny, Meyer / Tebow...; Mullin / EJ ?
Great coaches with great talent. The question now is can Mullin live up to that.

I went to this game with my dad. It was a lot of fun to see Tebow rack up all those yards. He broke Vince Young's bcs bowl record of total yards in a game. Threw for over 300 and ran for over a 100 I think. It was like watching a video game version of Tebow. Made us kinda wonder why they didn't open it up like that against Bama the game before. Oh well. Afterwards the Cincinnati fans were horrible. They were sore losers. Can't say they were any worse than the Louisville Cards fans that I encountered in N.O. at our next Sugar Bowl appearance.

I was there as well & can verify the Cincy fans being aholes before, during & especially after the game.

They are from Ohio and, naturally, damn bitter about it. Its like Iowa but w New Jersey politicians, taxes and regs. The worst of both worlds if you will.
