It’s the US Open. Top score should be right around even par come Sunday, the way it should be.
Agree with you but I read something like the top ten in the world were a combined +59 with some other outrageous stats.

Nothing worse than watching a tourny where 22 under wins! Watching the guys struggle gives hacks like me a reason to smile. Should be a fun weekend where anything can happen. All it takes is one guy to shoot 65....

Sorry Eldrick. Perhaps you can find some solace and a cheap meal at a Perkin's, Bob Evans or IHOP since you will not be cashing a check this weekend and rumor has it you have had success meeting female companionship at those types of establishments.

I Like seeing these guys struggle once a year like the weekend hack struggles. I used to shoot 65, on the 9 hole course at Waveland!!! :p

Get your acronyms straight. It's now IHOb, as in house of burgers.

We get out at 2 on Fridays, and hit the Waveland course after work....takes 3 and a half hours to play 9!!! Was it that slow when you played there? I live right across the street so it is convenient for me.

DJ’s currently saying ‘Ha-Ha’ to the rest of the Top 10.

Looking like a very anti-climatic sunday. DJ might as well be -10 under the way course is playing. Four under is basically lapping the field. Poulter will fall apart so he'll be by himself unless he just comes apart at the seams.

I had no idea they changed the acronym until you pointed it out and I read the meaning. I felt somewhat okay with eating the pancakes b/c most of those ingredients come from a sack or box. Not a snowball's chance in hell I would ever eat a burger there, knowing the "meat" could have come from a sewer rat they killed in the kitchen!!!! but good luck to them on that name change.

Yes it took quite a while to play there when I was there and there was always a wait in the summer. You know the actual layout of the course is not bad and I believe it was to mimic 9 holes of the old Kemper course up north or one of the nicer courses in the area. But b/c it gets so much play from public hacks it was never in very good shape.
