I wonder what the owner, staff and fan base that drafted this guy feels about this now? With Roethlisberger I don't know if there was any warning for Pittsburgh. Certainly Tampa had hints that problems like this might crop up. Maybe as seemed to have happened with Roetlisberger, Winston will clean up his act, get married and live decently. Maybe Winston will use this warning as a sign to change what he is doing or the other hand he did not the first time when the situation was much much more serious.

I just read the Tampa Bay Times article by Tom Jones suggesting that the Bucs cut Winston.
Although I agree with his sentiment, I find the reality of the premise almost comical.

So I am supposed to believe that an NFL team would cut their franchise player simply because he is a despicable human being?

A team in a league that would allow their own mothers to be assaulted if it made them money is supposed to take a proactive, positive action like this? Really?

Does anyone on this forum actually believe that this even crossed the minds of the greedy Glasers? Really?

The Bucs knew precisely what they were getting and they couldn't move fast enough to draft him so I don't see any chance that they do anything other than conduct a BS news conference where they fake outrage and then quietly game plan how quickly they can get him back in the line up.

Am I wrong?

He got a suspension reduction because they believed his claim that he dropped his change & was scratching for it.

What a douche.

What is he going to do at TC now, stand on the table and say, "stick you hand right in her _______". He deserves all the ridicule he gets.

After the way the NFL handled the Zeke Elliot situation and the Rueben Foster situation, did the Bucs expect any different.

Lol. The Yucks are not cutting him. Not yet at least.

Now, if he still doesn’t show improvement this year in the same offense with the same coach for 3 years, they’ll be quick to draft a new QB early next April.

I think it's comical that he's not getting suspended for what he may have done but for not reporting it in a timely manner to the NFL...
