I’m more concerned about Krull blocking. The running and catching should come pretty naturally

I think this h back position is more myth at many schools than reality as far as playing much anyway. I think many bring a guy in mostly for blocking near the goal line but there isn't too many legit dual run/receiving threats out there anymore that aren't just a standard RB.

Didn't watch Miss State much in recent years but I don't remember an H back much or them hardly using a fullback.

A dude that tall will never block real well. Leverage working against him. And he is pretty light anyway. If he is on the field, it wont be as a blocker, I suspect.

Given that no one on offense has established anything, these sorts of questions invite lots of discussion but little basis for confidence in a reply.

Raymond appears to be a bigger version of Billy Latsko: right size, shape, hands and grit. Blocking will be needed to earn touches.

This position is important in this offense. I hope they can competently run that shovel pass to the TE crossing in the middle at the line of scrimmage.
The FB/TE is gonna catch some passes on that rollout play where they hit the FB in the flat. Raymond took one for a nice gain on that play in the spring game.
I'm actually excited to see some of these guys get a chance. There's potential there.

Those are nice plays that tend to be most effective when the defense is focused elsewhere. We’ve got to be successful enough in those other areas to get that guy alone in the flat.

Which brings us back to QB...

Has anybody seen Tye Edwards play? Local kid out of St Augustine, 6'3", 212. Plays both RB and LB. Alabama, Auburn, Georgia, FSU, Oregon have offered. Reminds me of Derrick Henry. Don't know how fast he is, he seems to outrun pretty much everybody.

Don't worry Franks will have defenses so worried a couple of guys should be running free on most plays.
