Is Mullen really 2-15 all time vs ranked teams?

It calls for a lot of reads at the LOS. Some kids just can't handle it. It's definitely not for everyone.
btw i noticed a bunch of this in the spring game. wish i hadnt erased it.
This allows us to use our more athletic tackles pulling and get away with less talented guards.

skim down to dart:

God's play: The modern power run game

Inside the Clemson Offense: Dart Play

I say I definitely LIKE the more power based (the quality not necessarily the specific play called power, I actually prefer counter) versus smurf ball we were playing at the end of the Creyer Regime. The Mullinz passing game also has more vertical than our version of Creyer did. (4 verts is basically the staple of most other spreads, eapecially Tommy Bowden/Rich Rod/Dabo but we just didnt run it much before.)

In the end, it is still pretty simplistic, mostly verts and screens mostly bubble screens and jailbreaks.

I do look forward to seeing Martez Ive pulling on a jailbreak. Imo these will be some.plays he does well.

So he's gonna have a better record here even though he's recruiting very similar?

Yes - due to the East being weak. I don't see too many SECCGs in the near term with how Georgia has been recruiting however. Even with an upset there is a good chance we have more SEC losses than them.

So you’re saying we’re going to play the role of spoiler more than we’ll be a contender? :dunno:

I'm just hoping we might be a contender at being a spoiler here & there.

BTW, it's not enough to say Spurrier was 50/50 run/pass. Eye opener to see the SOS stats on ypg-pass & ypg-run. Also pass-TDs / run-TDs ? These stats would give a better testimony to the how & why of Steve's "power-coaching". I'd love to view those more intricate stats. (Long ago, I tried to compile such data-strings but my brain gets such stuff fouled up to no avail.)

You think Uga, LSU and Clown Town are weaker than Bammer, LSU and Barn? Maybe, but only a smidgeon and it certainly depends on the year.

Mullins played 4 directional schools and Kintucky each year at Cowbell. They accounted for the lions share of his win total.

He gets one less freebie now and still has to play a talented LSU team.

How many more threads can we turn insufferable without even playing a game?

Well I will drop this one here for you - Instead of 7 - 32 against the AP top 25 Mullen's record is 3 - 34 against the AP top 25 when the final rankings of the teams are used instead of the game time rankings.

Was that 3-34 record while Mullen was at UF? Does your sports almanac have all of our future scores and records in it? I haven't seen us play a game yet

I am guessing the answer is
in·fi·nite
ˈinfənət/
adjective
  1. 1.
limitless or endless in space, extent, or size; impossible to measure or calculate.
"the infinite mercy of God"...........or as SOS called it "smiling on the gators"
Why was the second question mark necessary?
huh.....................
