Exactly. The entire premise that we would work hard to land two outstanding transfers and then literally do absolutely nothing to clear them was always ludicrous.

The SEC needs to approve an in-conference transfer I believe. Basically, they'll ask Saban if he's okay with it.

Per ESPN:
"Wide receivers Van Jefferson and Trevon Grimes, who transferred to the Florida Gators this offseason, have received waivers granting immediate eligibility from the NCAA, the school announced Thursday.
Grimes, who appeared in two games and caught three passes at Ohio State last season, is eligible to play immediately. However, because Jefferson, a former Ole Miss product, transferred within the conference, he will need an additional intraconference waiver from the SEC.
That should be a formality since the SEC passed a rule this spring allowing the immediate eligibility of players leaving programs under NCAA-mandated postseason bans."

This approval of the transfers is another example of why the haters need to not throw UF under the bus and just be patient. The transfers got to practice all they needed.

Just give me a slot guy that can run a slant to perfection. That can recognize a blitz and break off his route. That can recognize that his man is taking his outside shoulder so he adjusts the route to the inside. Give me a guy that has sure hands. Give me a guy that I as Qb can depend on to give me 6-7yds per pass. Give me a guy that can block downfield. I think both Jefferson and Wells can be those guys, although Wells has not shown it yet. Toney might give you the explosive play but can he consistently make the routine play? From what I understand he still cannot run routes.

It’s been noted before, but your points are ridiculous. Because they are cleared we should not be concerned about recruiting? We should not have yelled that the house was on fire under Mac? We should not have been complaining about the lack of an arms race? Etc? 4-7 suggests this one success by the UAA doesn’t demonstrate we should just trust the coaches and admin.
Tell your boss, you are yet another UAA schill doing a poor job. No wonder you support others who are incompetent.

Don't work for UF it is simply common sense not to sweat the small stuff.
Making a mountain out of a mole hill is ridiculous. You are talking about coach hiring/firing decisions which carries more weight. I am talking about simple paperwork.
Panicking and throwing UF under the bus on paperwork is undwarranted and counter productive.

Counterproductive to what? WTH are you referring to where internet an internet mule’s negatively impact the UAA’s productivity? Unless, you are referring to paying interns like yourself to monitor these boards instead of building our football facility 15 years too late? You know, just advancing that paperwork.
PS - save the narrow response about how you only are referring to this one instance of player eligibility. Your shtick is the same on each topic, not just this one.
