Ive certainly seen retreads which throw the tread get stuck between the other tires and catch fire from the friction.

Any doubt this UAA would save money w retreads?

They hire a trucking company to do these moves it’s not a UAA vehicle.

I'm guessing wheel bearing failure. then blown tire from heat, then FIRE!

You can tell it's a blown tire by the way the smoke stains resonate up the side of the vehicle.
