I know no one wants to hear it again, but Cousin Eddie does it again. After calling a nice drive with simple plays and easy throws and good runs, he puts the call into Franks hands and Franks goes mental again. After ripping off a 9 yard run a first down down, Cousin Eddie calls a RPO (run pass option) and Franks options to throw the ball. Why even give him that possibility????? Just call a plain, simple running play and go ahead. Why is it so hard for these millionaire coaches to manage a game? See it every week in almost every game!!!. If this game does not turn around you can place the entire momentum swing on that one play call!!!!!

Well Shurmur passed there and scored. See, you can score by passing but not on a slant with 20 people around your target. I think the fade was available.

These rants based on one play call where the ball bounces off of a player’s chest are the reason many of us hate coming on the board. No one on this board has coached in FBS level and in the SEC. His qualifications and experience as a head coach are greater than ours. Let’s just go with he knows what he’s doing. It was poor execution.
