I'm with you on taking every win as a positive after last year. It's just that I think our sights are set so much higher now under DM that those little things don't jump out to us any more.

There are a lot of positives in this win - regaining their composure and totally dominating the game after the melee was huge. Franks recovering from an early pick and fumble to have a strong performance, with the game on the line, was really encouraging as well. It bodes very well for the future that they keep finding different ways to win. If DM isn't the man to bring UF all the way back, who the F is? 576 yards - are kidding me?

I lived there for 23 years. The only common bond I have with UT fans is our mutual hatred for Vandy. Their bush league facilities, their cashing in on the proceeds of other people's commitment to athletic excellence and their generally snotty attitude render them totally insufferable. To follow up on comments by the broadcast team, what are they doing with all the money they get from the SEC? They sure as hell aren't putting into facilities.

This game unfolded almost on script: Vandy comes out aggressively, makes the most of a few breaks & UF looks a bit lost mentally. Then depth and overall talent take over and the Gators escape with a win.
I’m impressed that they overcame some serious mistakes, awful officiating, took heavy punches and kept fighting.
I’m impressed that Gator Nation took over their dingy gray stadium!
I’m impressed the Gators overcame the @Zambo curse!
