Good comeback win despite numerous physical mistakes (which will happen), but showed good fortitude to keep plugging away. However the mental mistakes and coaching mistakes that go along with the physical miscues will make it almost impossible to come back against a more athletic, more talented, well coached opponent. Thought the D-line was handled by the Vandy O-line on pass plays, so credit to VU for that. 2 weeks to rest up and hopefully come up with a few wrinkles for a more athletic team next up.

Come on, man. Let’s not check our exuberance. Let’s go crazy. We’re making another beer run and watching the game all over again.

The reality has not changed. We’ve been told this is our worst roster in 40 years. We didn’t get any new players. So here we are....6-1. That is reason enough to go crazy with excitement.
Oh I’m excited. Beyond excited.

An argument can be made on our roster but Mullen has done wonders.

But my position and disposition also means I’m not going to be calling for Mullen’s head on a play or a game that we lose.

Saying we are back vs saying we are playing well are two different concepts.

Personally I like the way Coach uses Franks in the run game. He does not thinks he has another Tebow. He calls Franks number just enough to keep defenses honest. He’s mentally a play or two ahead of our in-house analysts....maybe a series ahead or even a half. I like the strategy. It’s making all our backs more lethal. The mix today was off the charts.

I know many here have said they hope Ga wins but I hope they get shut out. 56-0 would work..

Wow. We’re replaying the Gator game and blowing thru commercials so already at the half. Just switched over to see LSU up 16-0!!

56-0 would work for me as well

That depends on your definition of back. I meant back to playing dynamic football and feeling like we can win any game. I'm not quite to the point of forecasting a championship.

Back from Saturday's being like tormenting Hell. Definitely.

Back to winning NCs? Not yet.

But I like the direction we're headed.

lswho D is getting enough pressure on fromm to cause some bad throws. Let’s hope the Gator Boys can do that in Jax!

Oh I forgot to give kudos to much more 2 RB formations today. Was hoping to see more of that earlier in the year, but like that there were a lot of snaps with 2 true running threats in the backfield at the same time.

The early part of the thread is something else. I mean a single mistake or single unsuccessful playcall is broken down and presented as proof that somebody (usually Coach or Franks) is an idiot and evidence that we are being outcoached.

A great play or call is not reciprocated with how good or smart they have become. Really one sided analysis.
