    This exactly. Recruiting is the most important thing for a successful program now. You have to be able to coach also but unless you can pull in the raw talent you won’t win. DM is middle of the pack recruiter at best. UF has turned into Mark Richt UGA program and won’t change until they decide...

    That’s a concern but I also don’t think that he will be able to recruit the talent we need. He’s the coach for MS or TN but he’s just not good enough for UF. Supporting the team either way and I hope I’m wrong...just the view I’ve held since before he was hired.
