    The Orange Bowl could help us in recruiting in south Florida, is more prestigious than the Cotton Bowl and playing Virginia would be an easier win than playing Memphis in the Cotton Bowl, IMO.

    You are right about Georgia probably going to the Sugar if they lose to LSU, which would put Bama in the Orange, leaving us in the Cotton.     Logic seldom comes into play. Alabama and Saban always get the benefit of the doubt and will be picked for the Sugar Bowl over Florida, IMO. I think the CFP will drop Bama from #5 to 8 or 9.     They get stripped and make bad passes way too often. Bigs settle for lazy 3's, no motion off the ball and way too much 1 on 1 play. 4 assist and 14 turnovers is pathetic.

    Assist to turnover ratio is the key. It's been bad until the Miami game. Movement without the ball creates open lanes and then passers have to make good passes. And we can't be sloppy with the ball, allowing dumb turnovers.

    Great 2nd half defense and Blackshear was tremendous. Scottie Lewis had his best game and Glover, Payne and Johnson all had their moments. It could be our first game where assists outnumbered turnovers. Solid win.

    And to prove FireFoley's point, we only had 9 assists today vs. 12 turnover. For the 5 games we have 52 assists to 59 turnovers. That's a terrible ratio and shows we aren't moving the ball properly. We're either jacking up 3's or going one on one.

    Playing with more energy and purpose, more motion on offense. Solid defense except for allowing St. Joes too many offensive rebounds and easy put-backs.
