    I still cheer for the Braves because when I started watching baseball, they were the closest team to me. The two Florida teams had not opened shop yet. I have some great memories watching their games on TBS with my Dad growing up. Doesn't make me a Georgia fan.

    I haven't looked much at Milwaukee's roster. I know Hader is their closer. Who are their starters? With the way Morton and Fried have been pitching lately, if they pitch 4 out of the 5 games in the NLDS, I'd stack that up against most anyone.

    I’m guessing 5 qb’s will be finalists... Jones, Fields, Lawrence, Trask, and Zach Wilson from BYU. His stats are comparable to Trask, albeit against lesser competition. Fields will win it, most likely though.

    Thanks Ox! Same here - we had a great time for 8 years, but are enjoying North Carolina even more. This year we've made a concerted effort to get to know our new state better, so we've done more hikes, state parks, etc this year than in the past 3 combined. It is beautiful here!

    Mortgage rates

    I know you're right. We found a refinance place that will give us a 20 year mortgage, 2.75% interest, low closing fees rolled into the loan (so no cash due now) and no appraisal. So I think we're going to go for it.
