Davis Webb Manning's successor?
Not sure what to think of Webb. He can throw some real nice passes when he has time. I would die to have someone like him at UF right now. You never know in the NFL until they are thrown out there.
As far as Cincy they are known for crazy moves. They picked up Driskel after he looked horrid in SF's camp and was cut. I guess they lean to the pro day skills a lot.
