He's a sophomore. Has plenty of time to fill out his frame.

I start to follow them as juniors. 247 reported that this QB was visiting. I don't know much about him. I tend to pay more attention after the summer junior camps.

Actually it's not out all that out of the ordinary. A lot of top quarterbacks like to commit in their junior year and they stay committed the whole time. They really are the anchors of the class and so getting in on him early seems to make sense.
