Prisoners are clearly informed that all calls are recorded, Transcripted and can be used in court against you if incriminating.
Fact, such talk has plenty precedent of being so used.
AH has had several talks with his fiance', Sheyanna Jenkins.

The ahah-one:
AH : How about my clothes ? Have they been moved or not moved. {likely coded mention to check his closet
for murder-night clothes for blood-spatter ?}

Jenkins (doesn't catch on): What are you talking about ?
AH : You know. Are my clothes still there ?
