I've been to that one for lunch, but since I live on the south end, we go to the one in Conyers. Not the best BBQ I've ever had, but always a good meal. I usually get their wings and some ribs. The great selection of whiskey keeps me coming back.

You work near me??? The one I am talking about is right off of 85. Where old peachtree crosses over. I always get their loaded bake potato.

Jack's BBQ sauce. If you're ever in Central Florida and want some damn good BBQ, head up to Minneola/Clermont and visit Jacks. Their sauce is mustard based and yummy! Plus the entire restaurant is covered in Gator paraphernalia.

Sam's has the big jugs of Sonny's Sweet BBQ up here in NC so we grab that when we see it.

We recently bought a bottle of Trader Joe's Carolina Gold. This sauce was excellent:

I was thinking about the one in Smyrna since I thought you lived up that way. Wife loves their loaded baked potatoes.

Don't know why, but I thought you were up around Kennesaw/Canton area. Back to BBQ...ever tried Dreamland? I thought it was way overrated.

Is that stuff super runny and over-vinegary? That's how most of the BBQ sauces are up here in the Carolinas and why I prefer the Sonny's Sweet BBQ sauce when we can find it.

Yeah, I prefer a thicker BBQ sauce over the runny type.
Me too. I like mine to stick to the meat, not run off into the bottom of the plate.

I love that place and visit whenever im in Texas for work. I've now got everyone here hooked on it and now have to bring back at least 1 big bottle every trip down there. Rudy's is probably my favorite BBQ i've been to. Oklahoma Joe's in KC is a close 2nd.

We need to keep our post padding to a limited number of threads. Some people are getting upset with us. I can see their point. We are kind of monopolizing threads with our race to 1000.

1st Choice BBQ in Brandon or Plant City. Food and sauces are excellent. Black owned and everyone knows they make the best B-Q

Sweet Baby Ray's is always good.

That's my favorite - at least what I can get at stores here in the NW. Just enough spice to balance the sweetness, but not overly spicy.
I loved Johnny Harris' 'Original BBQ sauce' from Savannah when I lived in the SE (more of a vinegar-based sauce than sweet).
